The taste of Georgian wine has been explored in Korea July 18, 2008. “Teliani Valley” introduced Koreans with the history and traditions of Georgian wine. The launching ceremony was held in a capital city Seul. The Management of JSC “Teliani Valley” considers that through the Korean business partner they reach a huge market with great potential for Georgian wine. The first shipment of Georgian wine has already delivered to Korea. The leading local TV Chanels promote Georgian beverages, mainly they commerce the products of “Telaini Valley”. This was made on the Korean partner’s initiative. This is the step ahead to increase the demand and interest towards the Georgian wine. Koreans prefer dry wines. Company partner plans to sell about 1 mln. bottles till the end of 2008.
