From now on Teliani Valley’s wines will be sold in DUTYFREE shops of Turkish Airports
Georgian wine producer Teliani Valley finished negotiations with Turkish Airport’s largest duty-free operator companies ATU and UNIFREE. From today Teliani Valley’s wines will be sold in DUTYFREE shops of Turkish Airports. First batch of 1800 bottles will be sent to Turkey today. Teliani Valley plans to sell 50 000 bottles annually in Turkish Airports. Mainly Russian tourists are interested in Georgian wine in Turkey. The quality of patterns sent several months ago and of patterns randomly selected by Turkish party from retail chain determined the final outcome of long negotiations. Before the end of year Teliani Valley’s wine, in addition to Turkish duty-frees, will also be sold in large cities and recreation zones, including Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Trabzon, Bodrum and Antalya, in addition to Turkish duty-frees.
