• Shares that were sold to European Bank for Reconstruction and Development were fully bought out by Teliani Valley’s Georgian shareholders. Buy out was performed on the basis of the agreement signed in March 207. •Structure was changed and four companies were established. •1.Teliani Valley (wine-producing company) •2. Le Caucase (producer of Georgian cognac) •3. Teliani Trading (Distributor company of alcoholic drinks) •4. Cupa (oak barrel producing company) •In last two years Teliani Valley achieved significant success both on local and international markets. Loan disbursed by EBRD greatly contributed to this success.
